The Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen is available to hire for a flat fee – usually forming part of a booking alongside the Hall.

The kitchen has been assessed as part of the National Food Hygiene Rating Scheme by Dorset Council. This is for premises where persons can eat or buy food. The Community Venue holds a Five star rating assessment - Portland Community Venue | Rating Business Details | Food Hygiene Ratings

This area is 5.7m x 2.5m and is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with facilities and equipment to cater for up to 100 people.

Facilities include:

2 Ovens, 1 x double hob, 1 x Fridge Freezer, 1 x Microwave, 1 x Water Boiler, Chopping Boards, Utensils.

Cups, saucers, mugs, plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery x 100.
