The Hall
The Hall is a large space with plenty of natural daylight, and is ideal for group activities, fitness classes, meetings, conferences, celebrations, birthday parties and corporate events.
The Portland Community Venue offers accessible toilets, baby changing facilities, free WiFi and a small car park (spaces are limited and shared with other users but additional free parking is only a short walk away at Hambro or Fortuneswell).
During your booking you are also welcome to use the outside green space behind the carpark and the Courtyard.

The Hall is 11.8 x 9.3m in size and maximum capacity for this space is 122 seated or 270 standing.
Hire Costs
The Hire rate for the Hall is £15.00 per hour.
A fully fitted kitchen is available to add to your Hire for a flat fee of £15.00 for the duration of your booking.
A Weekend Party Rate is available which offers 4 hours hire including the use of the kitchen and is available on Saturdays and Sundays after 12.30pm.
