The Fine Foundation Chesil Beach Centre is a great place to find out more about Chesil Beach and Fleet Lagoon, with its interactive displays about the formation of the beach, the history and local wildlife.  There is also a shop and café on site.

Run by Dorset Wildlife Trust, the Centre offers activities for all the family, as well as the perfect spot to watch the birdlife visiting the mudflats in the lagoon.

It is situated right on the edge of Fleet Lagoon behind Chesil Beach, just off the Beach Road between Portland and Weymouth.
