Portland Town Council are responsible for the management of Hambro, Fortuneswell, Easton, Church Ope, Lord Clyde and Portland Community Car parks.

These are free to residents and visitors to use but they have restrictions on use. A copy of the adopted  Off-street parking order is available here: The Portland Town Council Off Street Parking Order 2025

New signs are being erected by the Council at each of the parking locations.

The Town Council will be entering into a Service Level Agreement with Dorset Council to carry out enforcement on the car parks. This will commence from the beginning of August 2025.
