This great news is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the team who make these Green Spaces so inviting and enjoyable for the Community. An area for relaxation, play, meeting friends, celebrating events including the recent Coronation weekend.
Cllr Carralyn Parkes, The Mayor of Portland has said “I'm so proud to hear of Easton Gardens being awarded their well-deserved Green Flag, the Gardens are a gem in the heart of Portland. This award really reflects the work of Easton Community Group, Portland Town Council Green Team, and everyone in our community who contribute towards making Easton Gardens the wonderful place that it is.”
This year marks another year that Easton Gardens have achieved the Keep Britain tidy international quality mark for Parks and Green Spaces.
