Sandy was loved and well respected across Portland, which she represented as a Councillor for nearly 25 years.  She was a valued member and integral part of the Council, and her contributions over the years have been widely appreciated.

Sandy was always at the heart of community activities and a keen volunteer, including her participation as a Games Maker at the 2012 Olympics, being part of the Poppy Display at the Tower of London 2014, and in recent years being a fantastic volunteer with b-side.

Sandy will be greatly missed by all at Portland Town Council and our thoughts and sympathies are with her loved ones.
