This committee oversees operations and initiatives relating to its provision of services and facilities for the public and green spaces. These include car parks, allotments, public conveniences, cemetery; burial and memorial services (including memorial benches), public amenity gardens, dedicated play parks, playing fields, green open spaces, the Portland Community Venue, Portland Museum, community food welfare, council-led community events, community partnership arrangements.
